Electronic Enterprises (India) Pvt. Ltd. is owned and managed by Technocrats. It has been in operation since 1952 as Electronic Enterprises, then a Proprietary Firm. In 1974, the firm was taken over and converted into Partnership Firm. In 1995, it was decided to change the constitution to a Private Limited Company to open new avenues for expansion.

Over the years, the company has built up a reputation of sound and transparent business practices, efficient services after sales and unfailing courtesy. The company offers top quality Electronic Components, Test Instruments, Nuclear Detectors and Instruments, and Scientific Instruments, Semiconductor Machinery, Materials etc. As a result, it is hard to find out any research & development establishment, defence organization, university or a major industry which does not know Electronic Enterprises (I) Pvt. Ltd.
